Kathy Meader joined the Retail Solutions Providers Association (RPSA) in May, 2018. She brings 15+ years of experience driving high impact results through education programs focused on increasing productivity and performance in the SMB and channel markets.
Prior to the RSPA, Kathy spent 3 years directing a global channel sales program, focusing on increasing partnership value for resellers and channel revenue. Prior to that, she spent 10 years at Radiant Systems/NCR leading sales enablement and productivity initiatives in the channel including new sales rep training, sales management training and high-performance incentive programs.
Kathy is passionate about the retail IT channel industry and working with the community to build and deliver high impact education programs that will help members accelerate growth in their employees and their businesses.
